I spent my birthday enjoying the cherry blossoms and some museums. Check out my pictures from the tidal basin. The blossoms are pretty, but apparently they and the Smithsonian gardens are the only things that got the memo that it’s spring. It’s still cold and nothing else has started blooming. But, the blossoms are pretty.
